Execute experiments utilizing analytical methods to support preclinical pharmaceutical product development activities
Use analytical techniques and instrumentation, such HPLC and spectroscopy
Prepare test solutions, compounds and reagents
Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed
Be the owner of technical data you generate
Read, write, and prepare presentations of technical data
Maintain proper laboratory notebooks and compliance
Prepare solutions and culture media
Work independently and efficiently
Communicate effectively with client staff members
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
Hands-on experience in chromatography and spectroscopy analytical techniques and instrumentation
Experience with Empower Software is a plus
Demonstrated expertise with GXP compliance, documentation, technical writing (procedures and policies) is a plus
Highly-Flexible and adaptable. Working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience
Minimum of 1 year GMP related laboratory experience
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
