Under general direction, the Associate Brand Manager assists assigned brand managers in managing the Bimbo brand of sweet baked goods and bread. The purpose of this position is to support all the activities entitled in managing the product portfolio, communication and promotional efforts, cross communication with sales teams and key vendors, & support the achievement of the brand’s sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Track and monitor the brand’s KPI’s such as sales, distribution opportunities, household penetration, market share, social and digital performance, through the use of internal and syndicated analytical tools. These analyses will need to be benchmarked to key competitors and industries.
Manage and update the brand’s website, develop and monitor the efficiency of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Social Media Optimization (SMO).
Support and manage Integrated Digital Marketing efforts from curating and overseeing the brand’s content development, consumer digital engagement, consumer conversion, and influencer campaigns.
Support the creation, implementation and tracking of consumer promotional efforts.
Lead and oversee the implementation of key consumer events.
Participate and track product scores in collaboration with product quality assurance and bakeries.
Collaborate and oversee the implementation of shopper marketing programs.
Assist the sales team and other cross functional departments when brand materials as needed such as product samples, high resolution images, etc.
Actively participate on innovation projects with Mexico and other partners within Grupo Bimbo Network
Willingness to travel, approx. 20-30% of the time to all Business Units in the country.
