Job Description
CVS Health is looking for a Data Visualization and Tableau Developer to build and maintain a self-service dashboard that will be used by Workforce Management and Operations to evaluate and analyze call handling performance.

To be successful in this role you will need experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and a solid understanding of Tableau administration/architecture.

Responsibilities
* Develop dashboards visualizing a wide variety of topics across Customer Care call handling efficiency (call volume trends, forecasting accuracy, staffing requirements and gaps, etc)
* Partner with key players across Customer Care to understand data needs and define self-service reporting solutions
* Assist in data validation and data clean up as needed

Required Qualifications
* Must have at least 3 years of experience developing dashboards with 1 year of Tableau experience
* A minimum of 1 year of experience using advanced Excel features (pivot tables, embedded queries, macros, etc)
* At least 6 months of experience working with SQL and relational databases
* 6 months or more experience with Tableau standard methodologies in performance tuning and user-centric design, proactive alerts, etc

Preferred Qualifications
* Background in Workforce Management and an understanding of key concepts and nomenclature
* Experience with Tableau Server and administration
* Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL
* Tableau Certification
* Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of Six Sigma or similar data analysis methodologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate sophisticated solutions well

Education
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
