Job Description
As an Executive Advisor for Novologix, CVS market leading medical benefits platform serving 40 million patients, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial, capital, compliance and operations improvement activities. In this role, you will report into the Senior Director and General Manager of Novologix, and be primarily responsible for planning and management of capital and expense budgets, and developing strategies to improve operations efficiencies and optimize performance, and all external audit functions.

Capital Planning:
- Partner with IT, Product Team, Sales and other key stakeholders to develop and align on Novologix development priorities
- Lead business case development to inform prioritization of roadmap
- Work with IT to align on capital requirements to support roadmap
- Ongoing management of capital plan in partnership with IT
- Partner with IT to identify and develop new IT quality control dashboards and improvement opportunities
Budget
- Work with Novologix leadership to develop annual budget for SG&A, COS, etc.
- Partner with Novologix team and Finance on monthly management of all aspects of budget

Compliance and Auditing:
- Identify controls for areas of risk in the operational and IT processes
- Facilitate internal and external auditing through coordination of information and requirements
- Ability to help others stay organized, identify resources and deliver accurate information timely
- Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices and documentation.
- Recommend an operationalize any opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure

Operations Improvement:
- Work across Operations leaders to identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve product performance and value to customers
- Create and execute a Process Innovation plan to streamline and improve client implementation process
- Create a data road map/dashboard strategy to ensure leaders have the required tools to monitor and optimize the business
- Recommend investment opportunities for automation, quality improvement, etc. to deliver new value to the organization and customers

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in staff management
- At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft computer applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 1 year or more of experience in building and managing a multi-million P&L
- Minimum 8 years of experience in medical utilization management
- Ability to travel up to 2 times per month

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or an Advanced Degree in Technology is desired or a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, or Technology
- Experience in managing large scale IT budget and impact and influence across IT organization and leadership
- Ability to frame complex problems and develop solutions that address multiple interests with minimal guidance and direction
- Ability to influence and establish rapport with colleagues
both senior and junior

Education
- Bachelor's degree in from an accredited college is required
