CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP).

As the Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) you will have the ability to support the Enterprise Oncology division at CVS Health. Additionally, you will interact with oncology provider clients that participate in our Transform Oncology care programs and drive critical oncology initiatives tied to new revenue generation, enhanced healthcare quality at a lower cost, and an environment of greater member/consumer simplicity.

Day in the Life of an Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) at CVS Health:
1. Provide Subject matter expertise throughout CVS Health and externally to providers and clients
2. Analyze data, and help develop solutions that support member quality, medical cost, profit or other differentiation
3. Support the Enterprise Oncology division to develop the quality and business case for proposed initiatives
4. Work with Internal and external stakeholders to drive results and improve our oncology care programs
5. Assist Specialty Clinical Services, Pharmacy Operations and Trade in developing clinical initiatives and strategic direction of program design
6. Consult with prescribers on complex oncology cases and assist with patient treatment plan development
7. Serve as a clinical resource for pharmacists and nurses for in-depth patient case review including providing direct patient counseling
8. Partner with Trade to present oncology services and capabilities to key Specialty Pharmaceutical Manufacturer clients
9. Develop clinical education programs including continuing education and new hire clinical team training materials

Required Qualifications
3 plus years related experience in clinical oncology
BCOP certificated Pharmacist
Knowledge of Chemotherapy regimens used in all cancer types as well as interpretation of Next Generation Sequencing panels

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Genomics, specifically in oncology

Education
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy and/or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school
BCOP Certification
