CVS Health’s Enterprise Digital department is looking for a talented, dynamic and experienced technical hands on Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to work in Safe Agile development team(s) in building digital personalization products for CVS Health. In this role, the engineer will implement solutions using full stack for Java, JavaScript and Micro-services leveraging TDD and CICD. The successful candidate will partner with product owners to translate product strategy into high-performance code and creating advanced digital capabilities. The full stack engineer as part of an agile team owns leading, inception, development and digital product delivery, while adhering to SAFE agile principles put forth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in PI feature scoping (PI), discovery and helps translates user features into application design
- Collaborate with business partners and architecture in iteration planning to create solid backlog
- Contribute and participate in daily cross functional team stand-ups as well as end of iteration retrospectives while encouraging team engagement with empathy
- Leads the effort of shaping product architecture and design through collaboration and strategy alignment with product teams and other stakeholders from across portfolio with customer needs in mind
- Serve as liaison helping the team solve technical challenges and partner with architects to select right technology and practices
- Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous deployment pipelines and practices
- Lead daily agile practice to help the team to grow and mature through increased adoption and knowledge sharing
-Lead a team of developers to deliver solutions in a fast paced environment

Required Qualifications
5+ years as a software engineer in a comparable role within an Agile Software Framework

3+ years of experience with hands-on experience and expert knowledge working with XML, JSON, HTML, CSS and Java Script

3+ years of experience working experience in using libraries, tools, and frameworks such as: Angular, Ember, React, Underscore, jQuery, Dojo, Bootstrap, Sencha, D3, Backbone, or Grunt

2+ years of experience with Strong Node.js, Java/J2EE development skills for enterprise-level applications

Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience with the full web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
- Solid understanding of framework code and methods of component architecture
- Experience with responsive UI design and development
- A track record of writing clean, high quality, high performing, scalable code
- Experience in leading a team of full stack engineers
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with an ability to quickly triage and identify root cause failures
- Experience with optimization to improve performance, scalability, and usability of applications
- Good understanding of ADA and regulatory compliance
- Working experience of CI/CD pipeline, GIT, Stash, Bit Bucket, Artifactory, and/or Jenkins.
- String presentation and verbal communications skills
- Experience with SAFe Agile model
- Experience in web security
- Experience with NodeJS and Server Side Rendering
- Experience working with distributed systems
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to support and lead Security Compliance across the team(s)

Education
A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field required
