We are seeking an experienced Training Analyst for our First Quality Retail Services, LLC located in King of Prussia, PA. 

This position is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating all hourly training programs, including safety, throughout the King of Prussia facility. Responsible for developing custom tailored training programs according to the needs of the business as well as ensuring all OSHA training requirements are satisfied. The position requires interfacing with Operation Leadership, in order to determine training needs and fully execute technical training and talent development initiatives.  Training will consist of classroom instruction, computer based and on-the-job training.   

  

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Performs job task analysis, develops, and executes effective training programs based on the analysis.

  • Conducts equipment specific technical training in support of the training calendar and will assist with onboarding of new team members and assist in conducting training/knowledge assessments.

  • Organize and/or conduct training for all new hires in operations.

  • Responsible for implementation, training, maintenance and management of the learning management system.

  • Provide training and support for new and equipment and process start-ups.

  • Plan, schedule, and administer training workshops.

  • Coordinates outside training classes and assists team members in career development.

  • Oversee all hourly on-the-job training and conduct weekly examinations to ensure Trainees are being properly trained and according to schedule Evaluates existing training programs and updates as necessary.

  • Monitors training rooms, system and calendar to ensure training is distributed evenly throughout each month and looks for and resolves schedule conflicts.

  • Works with various departments to gain agreement as to standard operating procedures for documentation and coordinates related instructional document preparation.

  • Assists with application and reimbursement of training grants

  • Writes and organizes procedural manuals and supporting documentation for training programs and systems in accordance with GMP, FDA and ISO regulations.

  • Works with Training Manager on projects and special assignments


 

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in the field preferred.

  • Overall knowledge of machine technologies on multiple production platforms.

  • Knowledge of technical processes, materials, and procedures on multiple production platforms.

  • Technical writing ability.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead and train others.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel to support training initiatives at other FQ sites.
