Digital Account Coordinator

Duties:

The Bucks County Courier Times, The Intelligencer and The Burlington County Times are looking for a Digital Account Coordinator (DAC) providing sales support to digital accounts and facilitates fulfillment of various advertising campaigns. The DAC will work with account business owners in organizing and gathering all assets needed to order, process and fulfill campaigns. This position will require the ongoing ability to adapt to rapidly changing sales initiatives, the introduction of new products and systems needed to fulfill digital advertising campaigns.

The DAC will proactively ensure correspondence with 3rd party vendors is communicated to all applicable parties.

The DAC will share and interpret campaign data with sales reps and their accounts. This includes onsite visits to review campaign progress and ensure that the highest levels of customer care and support are provided.

The DAC is part of our Fulfillment Team and is expected to support the sales department, which includes entering ads, uploading materials, assisting with proofing, troubleshooting problems with sales and layout departments, customer service and sales support that focuses on revenue generation.

The DAC must be self-motivated, be able to work independently and in ateam environment be well organized, detail oriented and have a strong proactive follow through nature.

Skills:

  • Prefer prior knowledge and/or experience with Digital ad products & services, such as static banner ad units, sliding billboards, email blasts, SEM, SEO, retargeting, and web sites.
  • Excellent and accurate number and data entry skills.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Gmail, Google docs, drives, and various file formats, such as PDF’s and JPG’s.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis using Excel, Word, &

PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Customer service focused with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Knowledge in researching accounts by surfing the internet is a plus.

Full Time Hourly Position. Monday through Friday work schedule located at our Langhorne, PA office.

Reliable and dependable in the office is expected.
