Job Description

International SOS is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist that wants to be the first smiling face our employees and guests see when they arrive.  In this role you will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrival; and maintaining security procedure.
 
 Key Responsibilities
•Answers phones, routing all calls to proper party
•Welcomes visitors in a professional and courteous manner
•Verifies identification of all guests, issuing badges per Company’s security policy
•Monitor visitor access and maintains security awareness
•Manages and preserves Visitor Log and conducts daily Badge Audit
•Arranges slide presentations for client visits and new hires
•Ensures Supply Room and Reception area is clean and orderly
•Assists Office Manager with day-to-day maintenance and general projects
•Manages office equipment maintenance and supplies
•Assists employees with any inquiries and supply acquisitions
•Receive, sort and log incoming packages and alert individuals of delivery
•Maintains log and all paperwork for off-site storage, arranging pickups and deliveries as needed
•Coordinates taxi or car service for visiting employees and/or clients, as needed
•Manages Employee Directory
•Maintains desk and office key security and log
•Reserves conference rooms, as needed, assisting in calendar management
•Provides general administrative and clerical support
