Assistant Clinical Training Coordinator - Bachelor's Degree General Responsibilities This position is responsible for assisting with the administration, management and delivery of all training services of the Professional Development Department. This position will assist the Clinical Training Coordinator and under the direction of the Director of Professional Development, will implement and monitor staff training and professional development functions including organizing trainings in both small and large group settings, scheduling and tracking training on a computerized system, implementing aspects of the training curriculum and interacting with various departments, agencies and committees as needed in regard to training. Basic Qualifications Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in education and/or human services and prior training experience. Ability and commitment to acquire additional skills, training, licensure and certifications described below.Certifications/Licensure: BCaBA Certification or in process of obtaining will be considered. BCaBA certification will be required within one year of start date in position unless already possesses a conferred Masters degree or actively enrolled and attending a Graduate level program. Successful completion of employer provided certification in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration and Crisis Prevention/Intervention. Current trainer certification in the above areas is preferred. A valid US Driver's license and a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old. Must be capable of attaining Approved Melmark Driver status. Must attain required Train the Trainer status in Medication Administration Certification training, Approved Driver Training and CPR/First Aid/AED training.Skill(s): Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office. Exemplary organization skills, interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills are expected.
