Jon-Don is actively seeking a multi state (East Coast) concrete supplies sales professional. Do you have experience with concrete polishing, concrete grinding, and concrete floor prep? Your technical knowledge of products and processes could be the winning combination for our sales opening. We reward Sales Representatives based on performance and not on longevity (uncapped commissions)!

This position requires the qualified candidate to develop strong customer relationships, effectively present products to new and existing customers, and close new business deals. Concrete Sales Representatives work hard, have an entrepreneurial attitude, and enjoy taking charge of their own success. Regional Concrete Sales Representatives have a passion for the concrete flooring industry and enjoy helping others. As a Jon-Don Sales Representative, you’ll combine your knowledge and experience in order to help other concrete flooring professionals achieve success (not just a single job, but within their business as a whole).

Jon-Don Concrete Sales Reps provide on-the-job support, help with technical inquiries, provide business development ideas, recommend products and procedures, and connect operators with training opportunities. Jon-Don is not strictly a suit-and-tie environment. The office dress code is business casual, but most reps find themselves in a polo shirt, jeans, and work boots (especially when working with customers at a job site or on a demo area). This job opportunity also offers field experience and one-on-one customer interaction that'll not chain you to the desk (although time will be spent completing tasks such as: being on the phone and/or computer to place orders).

Required Skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-5 years outside sales experience in the concrete industry (a plus)
  • Competitive and driven personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business
