Responsibilities
 
  • Development and implementation of NBC Sports Philadelphia’s multi-platform audio strategy
  • Supervision of production of all NBCSP podcasts, including Eagle Eye, At The Yard, Sixers Talk
  • Editing and publishing of 10-15 podcast episodes per week
  • Oversee development of a new Philadelphia Flyers-focused podcast
  • Determine and track analytics and KPI’s in line with company goals for audio efforts
  • Help create and execute distribution strategy for audio content across all platforms
  • Work with content staff to schedule talent and guests
  • Clearly communicate best practices to our talent and staff

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two (2) years producing audio content on digital platforms or radio
  • Experience in producing major market audio programming, including rundowns
  • Experience editing audio content
  • Knowledge of current Philadelphia professional sports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and editorial personnel
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make critical programming decisions under tight deadlines
