SEI has the opportunity within the SEI Wealth Platform Knowledge Management Team for a professional within the Platform Education Program supporting both our Oaks, PA and London, UK offices and across all markets utilizing the Platform. This team member will also be a critical member of the Knowledge Management team and contribute to our overall strategy, planning and execution. The successful applicant will have familiarity with the financial services market with a proven track record of managing process design/redesign through execution.

What you'll do:

• Promote effective adoption of the Platform Education Program through client and employee communication, education, and knowledge transfer.

• Identify and analyze Education needs for both internal and external platform users based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.

• Collaborate with and support the market and business units in developing Education Programs within their respective units, as appropriate.

• Collaborate with the Services and Development Teams on releases of new functionality, identifying an Education Program Release Process to incorporate the new functionality or major enhancement into the next Education program release.

• Coordinate SEI’s subject matter experts to assist in delivering knowledge-based content to be incorporated into the Education Program.

• Provide meaningful feedback to the design and development process on enhancements to the platform to improve intuitive usability of the platform and understanding of the supporting operational processes. Provide the same to SEI internal teams or external clients with respect to business processes being supported by the platform, if appropriate.

• Develop and organize Education Program materials and tools in a way that is consumable by both external clients and internal SEI staff.

• Develop and execute Education Program effectiveness measures.

Position Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with instructional design resources and SME’s to design and build course content.

• BA / BS preferred or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with the SEI Wealth Platform (SWP), Wealth Management and/or Financial Services is strongly preferred

• Responsible for the delivery of the course within the constraints defined

• Leverages instructional design methodology and process to achieve objectives

• Write storyboards, audio, and video scripts

• Ensure that storyboards and scripts achieve learning objectives with constraints of the project.

• Works with graphic artist in the design of any graphics needed.

• Manage course deliverables and report on status to stakeholders

• Review and test deliverables

• Drive the ongoing assessment and recommendations for best practices and strategies related to Knowledge Transfer and Management

• Establish effective partnerships with market and business units (internal clients), external clients, and vendor partners.
