SEI is looking to build and expand our Asset Management Distribution’s Solutions and Marketing team in our Global locations and seeks a proven Senior Marketing Manager. This role requires you to partner closely with Sales and Product teams to help develop and execute strategic solution marketing plans to facilitate client engagement and sales growth.

What you'll do:

• Assist with writing, editing, reviewing and developing content deliverables including; whitepapers, blogs, presentations, email communications, infographics, case studies and sales collateral. . Must be able to tailor writing based on communication channel and medium

• Understand and anticipate client needs, develop strategic competitive positioning and help drive growth of SEI’s asset management solutions in the U.S.

• You will collaborate with the Global Marketing Director to execute integrated campaign strategy and plans, outlining key marketing themes, messages, and mediums for promotions throughout the year; based on SEI’s thought leadership content, emphasis is on, growing market awareness , generating positive media coverage and shortening the sales cycle through lead generation and sales automation.

• Keep abreast of market trends, buyer personas and competitive differentiators.

• You will plan and execute marketing content calendar and develop metrics and measurement tools to analyze campaign results and assess opportunities to improve future campaigns and to help sales focus their activities.

• Own and improve current prospect and client nurturing programs. Involves organized project management process and skills in seeking out additional thought leadership topics of interest in line with business strategy and manage internal and external relationships to create provocative messaging relevant to multiple target segments.

• Work alongside compliance to ensure all marketing materials are approved before distributing and appropriate to the target audience and ensuring all work is consistent with sales and marketing strategy, corporate brand guidelines, budgets, etc.

• Maintenance and update of internal systems/data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team and ensure integrity of data.

• Any other ad-hoc projects as required.

Position Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• BS/BA in Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience required, 8-12 years of experience strongly preferred in asset management/financial services marketing.

• Proven experience and skill in the creation and deployment of persuasive, engaging and informative digital content.

• A high level of creativity; superior attention to detail; impeccable writing skills.

• Experience in designing, building marketing campaigns, presentations and literature.

• An understanding of strategic communication development focused on lead generation.

• Experience with multiple marketing mediums including digital, social, video and print.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and continually able to reassess priorities to focus on high impact activities.

• Ability to collaborate with various teams and groups across the organization (sales, product, legal, corporate marketing, etc.) as well as external consultants.
