Brief Description of Position:
Administrative position providing support to the Customer Service Center's (CSC) Materials Department. Assist the Manager on projects as needed and provide support to the Purchasing and Accounts Payable Department.
- · Daily reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders
- · Ensue accuracy of invoices, data entry of invoices into computer system and maintain invoice files
- · Establish and maintain vendor history in the computer system
- · Assist with resolution of vendor issues
- · Coordinate the processing/delivery of all invoices with the controller for payment
- · Ensure all incorrect price discrepancies are resolved through coordination with the Procurement department
- · Assist the Accounts Payable/Purchasing departments as needed in all functions
- · Perform other clerical duties as assigned
- · Check waste log sheet daily from Hot and Cold kitchen
- · Daily date input for Gatekeeper and print out requisition for storekeeper
- · High School Diploma or equivalent
- · 3-5 years clerical experience/accounts payable experience
- · Experience with various computer applications (i.e. SAP; Cbase; Aris; Link) A PLUS
- · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- · Ability to work with minimum supervision
- · Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
- · Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible as our operations run 365/24/7
