Univest is looking for a FT Digital Design and Development Specialist to join our Marketing team in Souderton.
Assist with updating and maintaining external websites including daily maintenance, development and redesign as required.
Work with development teams to define and develop website templates that advance the user journey and enrich overall user experience. (UX).
Create (product and solution) video assets for use in digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate and maintain Intranet (Employee) site content and updates, including redesign and development, programming, content posting and ongoing content updates requested by all departments of the company.
Draft content and maintain internal (employee-facing) platforms tied to corporate culture initiatives that enrich the employee experience. Document employee processes and draft “how to” internal communications for the employee audience.
Produce and design HTML/CSS communications to support initiatives executed by Corporate Communications and Marketing including responsive emails and landing pages tied to digital marketing.
Assist with testing and quality assurance of websites and email communications.
Support metric gathering, report preparation and analytics across all internal and external web properties.
Designs all non-agency digital advertising.
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations which apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct and Graphic Standards.
Assumes additional duties and responsibilities as appropriate.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Digital Communications or related field and 3+ years of experience in digital design.
Familiarity with SEO and techniques to improve organic ranking.
Graphic design experience, highly proficient with various design applications including, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Elements, Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Content Management Systems, knowledge of online ADA accessibility standards and website optimization strategies a plus.
Strong creative, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to multi-task, collaborate with team members and handle challenging deadlines.
Required to comply with brand guidelines and graphic standards.
